MOSCOW, July 8 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Vladimir Putin has taken the decision to provide one million roubles for each of the families of the victims who died in the bus crash in Ukraine. The money will be provided from the federal budget, the president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

Putin gave directions to Finance Minister Anton Siluanov to ensure its fulfillment and to the government to prepare a corresponding resolution on Monday, July 9, Peskov said.

The bas crash occurred at the 119km of the Kiev-Chernigov road early in the morning on July 7. The Neoplan bus, which was carrying Russian pilgrims on the way from Velikiye Luki to the Pochayev monastery in Ukraine, crossed the other lane, ran off the road and overturned. Fourteen people died and 29 were injured in the crash. Supposedly, the driver fell asleep at the wheel. Forty three people were in the bus.

Fourteen of the injured people were airlifted by an EMERCOM plane to Moscow. Five of them are in grave condition. The others are in moderately grave condition, as doctors say. The second EMERCOM plane carried eleven slightly injured people to Pskov.

Four of the Russians remain in Ukraine. Three of them cannot be transported. They were operated on and remain in Chernigov's Clinic No Two. They are in heavy condition.

The fourth, the driver, is left in Ukraine in connection with the investigation.
