MOSCOW, July 8 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian Emergencies Ministry specialists have examined more than 90 percent of the flood-hit area in the Krasnodar Territory, and saw that 254 houses were destroyed, the ministry's information department told Itar-Tass.
Seventy two inter-departmental operational groups have been formed to examine the territory. They have examined 92 percent of the territory. A total of 1,334 houses were examined, 254 of them are destroyed, a ministerial source said.
Ninety six houses are destroyed completely, and 158 partially.
The source said, 656 people, including 123 children, resided in the 254 houses.
