MOSCOW, July 8 (Itar-Tass) —— More than 12,000 people are affected by the flood in the Krasnodar Territory, the Russian Emergencies Ministry's information department told Itar-Tass.
A total of 5,185 houses were flooded, and 12,070 people were affected when the cities of Gelendzhik and Novorossiisk, the town of Krymsk and the villages of Divnomorskoye, Nizhnebakanskaya, Neberdzhayevskaya and Kabardinka were flooded, a ministry source said.
Many of the people lost property, and many of them have damaged houses.
