MOSCOW, July 6 (Itar-Tass) — The number of cars with flashers on their rooftop has decreased almost twice, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists on Friday.
“There used to be 1,000 AMP cars (with federal plate numbers) in Russia. “Now, we have only 568 cars with blinkers left. 83 of them belong to regions and territories and have no right to ride in Moscow. Moscow has 485 cars with flashers of which 297 are owned by the Interior Ministry and the Federal Security Service,” Peskov said.
