MOSCOW, July 3 (Itar-Tass) —— President Vladimir Putin has congratulated his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko on the Belarusian Independence Day, the Kremlin reported on Tuesday.
The president lauded “the current level of Russian-Belarusian partnership in trade, investments, science and humanitarian affairs and expressed satisfaction with the interaction with Belarus in integration processes – the Russia-Belarus Union State, the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space – and work on the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union,” it said.
Putin expressed his assuredness of further successful development of the allied relations with Belarus in the interest of peoples of both countries.
