MOSCOW, June 29 (Itar-Tass) —— Gazprom shareholders elected a new Board of Directors on Friday. The Board has eleven members.
Gazprom Deputy CEO Vitaly Markelov was elected to the Board of Directors for the first time. The other directors have been Board members before, among them re-elected Board of Directors Chairman Viktor Zubkov, Gazprombank Deputy CEO Andrei Akimov, ex-Property Relations Minister Farit Gazizullin, head of the Gazprom economic evaluation and pricing department Yelena Karpel, Kazenergy CEO Timur Kulibayev, Presidential Academy of People’s Economy and Civil Service Rector Vladimir Mau, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, head of the St. Petersburg State University Law Department’s Civil Procedure Faculty Valery Musin, Gazprom administration head Mikhail Sereda and former Energy Minister Igor Yusufov.
