MOSCOW, June 28 (Itar-Tass) — No negotiated drafts exist for a final document at an upcoming Geneva meeting on Syria, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday.
“No negotiated drafts exist. The work on a future final document continues,” he said.
“I take the ideas of a future document, which are made public in the press, as the manifestation of an indecent approach to diplomacy,” Lavrov noted.
The Russian chief diplomat noted that experts will meet on Friday to prepare for a Geneva conference due on Saturday.
