MOSCOW, June 26 (Itar-Tass) —— President Vladimir Putin will address the Federation Council on June 27. He will speak about the interaction of parliament houses and analyze the upper house activity in the light of the upgrading of laws and the state policy and the development of federalism, the Kremlin said.
He also expected to speak about the legal status of Federation Council members and changed principles of the formation of the Federation Council.
