Head of Pension Fund branch shot dead in Dagestan settlement

MAKHACHKALA, June 25 (Itar-Tass) — Head of the local branch of the Pension Fund Abdula Aliyev was shot dead in the settlement of Akusha, Russia’s North Caucasian republic of Dagestan, local police said on Monday.

According to police, the incident took place at 12:30 Moscow time on Monday at the entrance to the Pension Fund office.

An investigation is underway.
