MOSCOW, June 25 (Itar-Tass) — Moscow considers it wrong to start a political dialogue in Syria with pre-conditions, Gennady Gatilov, Russian Deputy MInister of Foreign Affairs, pointed out Sunday.
The ranking diplomat wrote in his microblog in Twitter, "It is wrong to start a political dialogue in Syria with preliminary conditions, as some partners of ours want it done. It is essential to give an opportunity for the Syrians themselves to stake out their positions".
"The purpose of a meeting of 'outside players' must be exactly to create conditions for the start of such dialogue," Gatilov emphasized.
