KIEV, June 20 (Itar-Tass) — The Ukrainian government has approved the forecasted balance of imports and distribution of natural gas this year, Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Yuri Boiko said on Wednesday.

He said that under the document, Naftogaz Ukrainy plans to import this year 27 billion cubic meters of Russian gas. According to him, the company also plans to retain the amount of gas pumped into underground gas storage facilities “at the level of the previous year”.
