MOSCOW, June 16 (Itar-Tass) — President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree, “On the Procedure for Setting Terrorist Attack Threat Levels”.

The decree envisages taking additional measures to ensure safety of an individual, the society and the state, the Kremlin press service reported on Saturday.

In order to inform the population about the terrorist attack threat and the activities to counter it the decree set the following colour-code scale of terrorist attack threat levels in certain areas of Russia:

n guarded (“blue”);

n elevated (“yellow”);

n severe (“red”).
