ST. PETERSBURG, June 15 (Itar-Tass) —— Kazakhstan has permitted Russia to make unplanned launches from Baikonur.

“We have reached a basis agreement on Kazakhstan’s permission of unplanned launches. I think that is a good agreement, which will assist the settlement of all sensitive problems,” Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov said on Friday.
