NALCHIK, June 15 (Itar-Tass) — Unidentified gunmen opened fire at a road police car in Russia’s southern republic of Kabardino-Balkaria on Thursday. Two policemen were wounded, sources from the Russian Investigative Committee’s branch in Kabardino-Balkaria told Tass on Friday.
The policemen were rushed to hospital. The incident occured near the settlement of Kuba-Taba (Baksan region) at about 22:30 Moscow time on Thursday. Investigators work at the site.
