KOLTUBANOVSKY TOWNSHIP, Orenburg Region, June 12 (Itar-Tass) — The fire at the military depots in Orenburg Region has been localized and the situation is fully under control, Valery Gerasimov, commander of troops of the Central Military District (CMD), told Itar-Tass early Tuesday.
"The situation as of now is fully under control. The concentration of Defence Ministry personnel and equipment has been completed. The fire has been localized. All residents of the housing zone of the military camp, which is adjacent to the depot on fire, were evacuated. There was no evacuation from other populated areas," the CMD commander emphasized.
