MOSCOW, June 11 (Itar-Tass) — Moscow’s Basmanny Court will start soon hearings of five applications for pre-trial measures for six detained under the criminal case on disorders in Moscow at Bolotnaya Square on May 6 during the so-called March of Millions, the court told Itar-Tass on Monday.
“The court has received applications from the investigator for pre-trial measures as keeping under guard of Richard Sobolev, Vladimir Akimenkov and Oleg Arkhipenkov, Fedor Bakhov, Alexander Kamensky,” the source said. The defendants have been delivered to the court already.
Earlier the court issued a sanction to arrest another detained – Yaroslav Belousov, who will remain behind the bars till July 6.
Presently the case includes twelve involved persons. Earlier the court arrested Andrei Barabanov, Maxim Luzyanin, Denis Lutskevich, Stepan Zimin and Mikhail Kosenko. Alexandra Dukhanina of 18 remains under house arrest. The court has brought charges to several involved persons.
