MOSCOW, June 11 (Itar-Tass) — Spokesman of Russia’s Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin disproved the information Navalny’s lawyer had not been allowed to the search.

Searches were committed in flats of organisers and participants of the rally in Bolotnaya Square of May 6, including of Alexei Navalny, Sergei and Anastasiya Udaltsov, Ilya Yashin and Kseniya Sobchak, Markin said on Monday.

“The investigative activities are committed fully in compliance with the norms of the criminal procedures, on the basis of court decisions, and with involvement of witnesses. The statement that lawyers are not allowed to their clients are not true to life, as during the investigative activity the lawyer was allowed to Alexei Navalny immediately on presentation of his document and the order proving he represents interests of his client under the case,” Markin said. “Other persons have not yet filed applications about admission of lawyers, but if the applications are made, the investigation will discuss them immediately.”

The investigation plans over ten searches on Monday.

“The persons, whose flats were searched, are called to attend investigative activities to the Investigative Committee on June 12,” he added.

“The necessity of searches was caused under the criminal case on mass disorders and use of violence against representatives of the power after detaining and questioning of several participants in the mass disorders,” Markin said.

Besides, in the framework of the criminal case on the mass disorders in Bolotnaya Square, on Monday the investigation asks the court to sanction arrest of suspect Yaroslav Belousov. Investigators continue active work on identification and detention of other participants in the mass disorders, Markin added.
