GORN-ALTAISK, June 11 (Itar-Tass) —— The last of the eight firefighters who died when fighting a forest fire on June 6 will be buried in Kyzyl on Monday.

Six of them were buried with honours on Sunday in the Tuva city of Shagonar, and one in the Todzha district, the press service of the republic's government told Itar-Tass.

Tuva head Sholban Kara-ool attended the funeral in Shagonar. He assured the government would do everything to support the firefighters' relatives.

Rodion Khuurak, a firefighter of the Tuva forest guard air base, whose funeral will be held on Monday, was usually sent to the most complicated areas. He was born in Kyzyl on March 28, 1997. From 1998, he worked as an instructor of the Kyzyl firefighting paratrooper service. He underwent training at the paratroops' central base in the city Pushkino. He participated in forest firefighting operations in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Komi and the Kirov Region. He had a wife and two children.

The Tuva government pays for all the expenditures for the funerals.

During the meeting with the relatives in Shagonar, the Federal Forestry Agency's deputy head Yevgeny Trunov said the names of the Tuva firefighters would be written down in the Book of Memory.

The Federal Forestry Fgency and the Tuva government will pay millions to the fighters' families, and 16,000 roubles a month will be paid to each family for the children until they are 18. There are nine children, aged from one to ten years, in the families.

The Tuva head will ask to award Orders of Courage and also Orders for Services for the Fatherland to them posthumously.
