MOSCOW, June 4 (Itar-Tass) — The State Duma will consider the rally fine raising bill at the second and most likely the third reading on June 5, Speaker Sergei Naryshkin said on Monday after the meeting of the Duma council.
The discussion is planned for 16:00. All the parties in the Duma agreed on this. It is the most suitable time for discussion, the speaker said.
According to him, more than 400 amendments to the bill have been submitted. The draft law initially suggested raising fines for rally violations to 1.5 million rbls.
The main aim of the draft law is ensuring security for citizens, Naryshkin noted.
