Clinton expect Iran to present its action plan to Sextet at Moscow meeting

The best way to fulfill the Iranian obligations and to scatter fears about Iranian intentions and actions is to come to Moscow in two weeks

STOCKHOLM, June 3 (Itar-Tass) —— U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton expects the Iranian delegation to bring a particular action plan to the meeting with the Sextet of international mediators (permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) in Moscow on June 18-19.

The best way to fulfill the Iranian obligations and to scatter fears about Iranian intentions and actions is to come to Moscow in two weeks, sit down at the negotiating table and to start a serious work on a diplomatic solution, she said.

In Clinton’s words, they would like to resolve the problem of the Iranian nuclear program diplomatically, which President Barack Obama had suggested from the start. There is a possibility to do that, and the U.S. hopes Iran will not miss the chance, Clinton said.
