MOSCOW, June 1 (Itar-Tass) —— The families of victims of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 crash in Indonesia will be paid approximately $140,000 each, says a Sukhoi Company report posted by the Russian embassy in Jakarta.
The jet hit Mount Salak on Java on May 9. All the 45 people aboard – eight Russians, 35 Indonesians, a Frenchman and an American – died. The search for the remains ended on May 22.
