“A 110-kV power line disconnected at 2:46 p.m. Moscow time cutting power supply to residential areas in the Barguzinsky, Kurumkansky and Pribaikalsky districts,” the republican department of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry told Itar-Tass.
Repairs are underway, it said.
