MOSCOW, June 1 (Itar-Tass) —— Moscow receives Syrian opposition representatives practically every week, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said on Friday.
“We have both formal and informal contacts practically every week. Opposition members visit us in groups or by one,” he said, adding that Moscow had been meeting with the entire spectrum of the Syrian opposition: the rightists, the leftists, the liberals and the Islamists.
As for the possibility of negotiations with the Syrian National Council, the diplomat stressed Moscow was prepared to hold them any moment.
