According to Shkil, there are two lists of such officials, one featuring 13 names of government officials, politicians, judges, prosecution and security officers, and the other one featuring an extended list of 54 names. Among those on the first list are Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich, his elder son Alexander Yanukovich, presidential adviser Andrei Portnov, head of the presidential administration Sergei Levochkin, Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov, Foreign Minister Konstantin Grishchenko, and Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka. The extended list has the names of 11 more officials from the Prosecutor General’s Office and 11 judges.
