MOSCOW, May 31 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia’s government is ready for any changes of oil prices, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich told reporters on Thursday.

It is complicated to forecast oil prices, he said. “The situation in Europe is not easy, the demand is falling, thus the oil prices are falling, everything is evident.”

“Thus, we are ready for any development of the situation,” he said. “We have necessary reserves, as yet the oil prices are higher than those planned in the budget.”

Dvorkovich stressed the Russian government had the whole arsenal of means necessary for fighting effects of the crisis.
