MOSCOW, May 29 (Itar-Tass) — The Investigative Committee has overturned the solution to drop criminal prosecution of blogger Alexei Navalny in the case over causing damage to the Kirovles company in 2009, SK spokesman Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
"The SK leadership has overturned the resolution by the SK department for the Kirov region, which dropped the criminal case against Alexei Naval, opened in May 2011 over the signs of crimes envisioned by Article 165, Part 3 of the penal code /"causing damage to property through fraud or abuse of trust, in the absence of the signs of theft"/, Markin said.
The criminal case will be handled by the SK department for the Volga Federal District.
