MOSCOW, May 25 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree reappointing plenipotentiaries of the head of state of four federal districts, the Kremlin press service reported.

Viktor Tolokonsky is appointed to be plenipotentiary of the Russian president in the Siberian Federal District.

Vladimir Ustinov is appointed to be plenipotentiary of the Russian president in the Southern Federal District.

Nikolai Vinnichenko is appointed to be plenipotentiary of the Russian president in the North-Western Federal District.

Mikhail Babich is appointed to be plenipotentiary of the Russian president in the Volga Federal District.
