NOVO-OGARYOVO, May 24 (Itar-Tass) — President Putin has expressed hope that the Russian entrepreneurship will continue its best traditions and that businessmen will cooperate with the government and the presidential administration.
“I hope the traditions will be honored and that you will conduct your business in this country together with the government, the presidential administration and that you will set the right tone, promoting the best conditions for the entrepreneurial activities in Russia,” Putin declared at a meeting with representatives of public organizations of Russian business circles on Thursday.
Vladimir Putin congratulated the businessmen on their professional holiday- Day of Entrepreneur, which will be celebrated on May 26. " I would like to express hope that like in the past we will actively work together- both state structures and the entrepreneurial community," Putin said.
"Merchants have always earned respect in this country; a word given by a Russian merchant was always honored more than any formal paper," Putin stressed.
