MOSCOW, May 22 (Itar-Tass) —— A new opposition camp has emerged on Moscow’s Arbat. About 100 people are staying near the Bulat Okudzhava Monument.

Some make speeches and discuss the political situation, while others play the guitar. All is quiet. There is no police nearby.

Meanwhile, about 15 nationalists are staying on Kudrinskaya Square near the Barrikadnaya metro station – the site of the previous opposition camp.
