BANGKOK, May 21 (Itar-Tass) — The body reconstruction of people, who died in the crash of the Russian airliner Sukhoi Superjet-100 in Indonesia on May 9, began at the national police hospital in Jakarta on Monday, Indonesian media reported with the reference to chief doctor of the hospital Agus Praitno.

After the body reconstruction the relatives will see the remains of the Superjet crash victims at the national police hospital on May 22, he said.

Praitno also confirmed that an official ceremony to hand over the air crash victims to their relatives will be held at the airbase Halim Perdanakusuma in Jakarta on May 23. “We will hold an official ceremony to pay tribute of respect to the air crash victims and their relatives,” he said.

Chief of the medical department of the Indonesian national police Brigadier General Musadeq Ishak told a press conference in Jakarta on Sunday that the identification department of the Indonesian national police completed the identification of the remains of all 45 Superjet crash victims. “The identification of the remains is over, all air crash victims were identified, particularly 14 women and 31 men,” he said. The finger prints, forensic tests and dental records were used for the identification, he said.
