US, France prepared to negotiate with Iran on conditions

Hollande and Obama also discussed the situation in Syria and the Middle East

WASHINGTON, May 19 (Itar-Tass) —— The United States and France would be prepared to conduct talks with Iran on the condition the IRA has no capability to make nuclear weapons, France’s President Francois Hollande said after talks with his US counterpart Barack Obama in the White House.

“We see eye to eye on the Iranian issue. We might be able to start negotiations (with Iran). However, for that there must be the certainty Teheran has no capability to make nuclear weapons,” the French leader said.

Hollande and Obama also discussed the situation in Syria and the Middle East.
