MOSCOW, May 18 (Itar-Tass) —— President Vladimir Putin has presented condolences to his Vietnamese counterpart Truong Tan Sang in connection with the major road accident.
“My profound condolences over the tragic accident – the road accident in central Vietnam, which led to numerous casualties. Please, convey my sympathy to the families of the victims and wishes of the soonest recovery to all the injured,” he said.
No less than 34 people died and 20 were injured in the road accident. The Vietnamese media said that a passenger bus hit a barrier and fell down into a river from a bridge early on Friday morning.
