Seven bodies of Superjet crash victims identified in Indonesia

MOSCOW, May 18 (Itar-Tass) — Seven bodies of Sukhoi Superjet 100 crash victims were identified in Indonesia, the Russian Emergencies Ministry reported on Friday.

The search operations on Indonesia’s Mount Salak are underway. Eighty rescuers of the Russian Emergencies Ministry are engaged in the operations.

The Russian airliner disappeared from radar screens on May 9 during its demonstration flight in Jakarta. It crashed on the slope of Mount Salak at the height of 1.7 kilometers not far from the Indonesian capital.
