ST. PETERSBURG, May 17 (Itar-Tass) — Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev believes that the authorities should change in response to changing current realities. The premier has made a statement at the International Legal Forum here on Thursday.

“We should change ourselves, but not just appoint those officials in charge and make postings in Twitter during civil disorders. We should get adapted to the new world,” he said.

Medvedev noted that the human rights problem is very serious, sensitive and interesting, particularly with due account of those complicated processes, which are going on in Europe, Russia, the Arab East and other countries.
