MOSCOW, May 17 (Itar-Tass) — The Russian Emergencies Ministry in stages replaces the rescuers working at the Superjet crash site in Indonesia with others, a source at the ministry's Information Department told Itar-Tass, referring to deputy chief of the Department of Firefighting and Rescue Forces Mikhail Chupalenkov, who is at the crash site.
Indonesia's national search and rescue service plans to complete the operation to recover the remains of the victims from the site no later than on Friday, the source added.
The Russian Emergencies Ministry's group of 84 people and seven machines, including four aircraft, are working in Indonesia. The Russian rescuers have been participating in the search work at the liner crash site.
