MOSCOW, May 16 (Itar-Tass) —— The police are forcing the opposition camp out of Moscow’s Chistoprudny Boulevard.
OMON demanded that the protesters must leave. There was no resistance. The opposition said one person was detained.
The Moscow Basmanny Court ordered to remove the camp on Tuesday by a lawsuit of local residents. It called illegal the inactivity of the police as regards the opposition camp.
The opposition planned earlier to leave the camp before 11:30 a.m. and to start moving along the boulevards in the case of the appearance of the police. The police demanded earlier that the camp must be gone by Wednesday noon.
