VLADIVOSTOK, May 16 (Itar-Tass) —— A forest fire is raging on 320 hectares in Sakhalin. The fire was reported two days ago. It had an area of 80 hectares on Tuesday but grew considerably in the past hours.

A firefighting helicopter will help put out the fire on Wednesday, the Sakhalin regional emergency situations department reports.

Eighty-six people are putting out the blaze with the help of 17 machines.
