Tajik leader to take part in jubilee CSTO session

The Tajik leader will hold bilateral talks with heads of several republics, including Central Asian ones

DUSHANBE, May 15 (Itar-Tass) — Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon flew to Moscow on Tuesday to attend the jubilee session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization /SKB CSTO/ in Moscow. Rakhmon will also participate in an informal summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States /CIS/, an official at the presidential administration told Itar-Tass.

"Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon takes an active part in all the functions of the CIS, CSTO, EurAsEc and other regional organization," the official said, noting that on the sidelines of the jubilee sessions, the Tajik leader will hold bilateral talks with heads of several republics, including Central Asian ones.
