4 Just Rus deputies lose work in faction for voting for Medvedev

MOSCOW, May 14 (Itar-Tass) —— A Just Russia Party barred from work in its parliamentary faction four deputies who voted for Dmitry Medvedev as premier on May 8.

The meeting of the Just Russia faction in the State Duma on Monday discussed the breach by four members of the facation of the decision on the consolidated vote on the candidate for premiership. Members of the faction Alexei Mitrofanov, Leonid Levin, Dzhamaladin Gasanov and Nikolai Lakutin “are denied the right to attend the faction’s meetings and to vote at them, to vote and to be elected to leading posts and to initiate meetings, conferences, etc.,” says an entry on the official website of the party.
