Investigators said a flask with an unknown substance had exploded in a concrete trash can near a bus stop. Eyewitnesses say that it was placed by a man.
A series of four explosions occurred in Dnepropetrovsk on April 27, wounded 31 people, including 10 children and teenagers. Six people received serious injuries and remain in hospital.
