KIEV, May 14 (Itar-Tass) —— An explosion occurred in the central part of Zaporozhye, Ukraine, on Monday, May 14. One woman was injured in the leg.
Investigators said a flask with an unknown substance had exploded in a concrete trash can near a bus stop. Eyewitnesses say that it was placed by a man.
A series of four explosions occurred in Dnepropetrovsk on April 27, wounded 31 people, including 10 children and teenagers. Six people received serious injuries and remain in hospital.
Ukrainian Interior Minister Vitaly Zakharchenko said all of the exploded bombs were homemade ones.
All concrete trash cans were removed from the streets of Dnepropetrovsk after the accident.
