MOSCOW, May 12 (Itar-Tass) — Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with his French counterpart Francois Hollande on Saturday to discuss cooperation between the two countries.

During the conversation, the presidents of the two countries exchanged views on bilateral cooperation and plans on personal contacts for the short term, the Kremlin press service reported.
