MOSCOW, May 7 (Itar-Tass) — A magistrarial court on Monday is to examine administrative materials concerning Alexei Navalny, a known blogger and opposition member, his defence lawyer Vadim Kobzev has told Itar-Tass.
"We were told that his administrative (-offence) case will be examined on Monday in Magistrarial Precinct 396," Kobzev said.
The defence lawyer also pointed out that the same justice of the peace would also examine the case relating to Sergei Udaltsov.
Charges are brought against the oppositionists under Article 19.3 of the RF Administrative Offences Code ("Disobedience to a lawful instruction of a police member"). Maximum penalty under that article is an administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
