MOSCOW, May 4 (Itar-Tass) — Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Sergei Shoigu, who was approved as governor in the Moscow Region, pledged to begin the work as governor from the measures for additional regional budget growth. “Everything is traditional in the Moscow Region as in any other region. We should begin with the benefits that additional budget growth can bring,” he told reporters on Friday. Several measures on kindergartens, the funding of infrastructural projects and road construction should be taken, Shoigu believes.
“A quite important task is to solve the problems of deceived interest holders. Additional measures should be taken so that people, who are really deceived interest holders and invested their money, received some aid,” the minister noted. “I would like not only to solve the problems, but to create and build new plants, enterprises and parks. I would like to build a big true zoo. This is the deeds, which make your spirits higher,” Shoigu said.
