MOSCOW, May 4 (Itar-Tass) — Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Sergei Shoigu, who was approved as governor in the Moscow Region, pledged to begin the work as governor from the measures for additional regional budget growth. “Everything is traditional in the Moscow Region as in any other region.
