Over 30 bomb blast victims rushed to Makhachkala hospitals.

MOSCOW, May 4 (Itar-Tass) — About 30 people injured in two car bomb blasts at a traffic police post in Makhachkala on Thursday are in hospitals of Makhachkala, mainly with fragmentation and mine-blast wounds. The death toll has grown to 15, a source from a law enforcement agency in Dagestan has told Tass.

“A large number of fragments of human bodies were found in epicenters of the blasts. DNA testing will be possibly needed to identify them,” the source said. “At the present moment it is known that 12 policemen and three officers of the Ministry for Emergency Situations were killed,” he said.

The source stressed that most of them were killed in the second blast, which was much more powerful than the first one according to preliminary data. An officer of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, who was in the epicenter of the second blast, is missing. His staff pass was found at the site of the blasts.
