MOSCOW, May 2 (Itar-Tass) —— A woman and a child were run down by a train while crossing railway tracks off an authorized crossing in Moscow, a spokesman for the Moscow railway told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
According to the spokesman the accident took place at about 19:00 Moscow time at a railway section between the stations Losinoostrovskay and Los. The woman ignored the trains’ signals, and the distance was too short for the train to stop in time.
