MOSCOW, May 1 (Itar-Tass) —— Two people were hurt in the Moscow metro on Tuesday. Both attempted suicide, the city police told Itar-Tass.
“A metro train knocked down a native of Vietnam registered in Saratov at the Krasnye Vorota station at noon. The man was taken to the hospital. A 19-year-old girl jumped towards an arriving metro train at the Vorobyovy Gory station at 6:30 p.m. She was injured seriously and taken to the hospital,” the police said.
In both cases metro traffic was suspended for 15-20 minutes.
