KHARKOV, April 28 (Itar-Tass) —— The court consideration of the case of former prime-minister Yulia Timoshenko charged with financial abuses is postponed to May 21.

The decision has been taken by judge Konstantin Sadovsky. He has ruled to postpone the consideration to May 21, as he believes it is impossible to hold the meeting when the defendant is absent.

Timoshenko's attorneys suggested not postponing, but dropping the case until her recovery.
