VLADIVOSTOK, April 28 (Itar-Tass) —— A criminal case is opened against a blogger in the Primorsky Territory for his extremist statements in the Contact social network.
The 30-year-old Vladivostok resident in November last year placed on his personal page a statement aimed at stirring up hatred and disparagement on race, nationality and religious affiliation grounds.
A criminal case is initiated over the fact on charges of "stirring up hatred or hostility".
