KIEV, April 22 (Itar-Tass) —— Ex-Ukrainian Prime Minister, Batkivshchyna Party leader Yulia Timoshenko was transferred from the Kharkov Ukrzheldorogi hospital to the penitentiary on Sunday as she had refused to receive therapy, the Ukrainian media said.

There is no official confirmation to this report as yet.

Timoshenko was taken to the Ukrzheldorogi hospital late on Friday night, and Ukrainian First Deputy Health Minister Raisa Moiseyenko said that the ex-premier had refused to be examined by doctors.
