MOSCOW, April 19 (Itar-Tass) —— Moscow has received an invitation to the Paris meeting expected to discuss the Syrian crisis, but it has made a negative reply, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich has said.

He explained that “it looks like the task of the meeting will be not the search for a basis for promoting an intra-Syrian dialogue, but, on the contrary, exacerbation of the contradictions between the Opposition and Damascus by stepping up the international isolation of the latter.”
